Svensk Husproduktion AB is now the largest supplier of individually built houses (villas) on the Swedish market, according to the latest figures from Byggfakta for the full year 2025. With a significant increase in market share compared to 2024 (when it was 9.8% in total), the group is now the largest in the country with 14.2% of the market.
